Joseph Summers, originally from Louisiana, spent years working across international markets before recognising a specific and recurring gap: U.S. companies that wanted to source from India had no reliable way to do it without either building their own India-side presence or accepting a level of supplier risk that made the cost advantage disappear.
He moved to India to close that gap directly. SourcingPros was built on the premise that American buyers need an American-led team in India — people who understand Western standards for documentation, communication, and accountability, and who can enforce those standards with Indian manufacturers in real time.
